The Verve is the folder to buy if range is why you are hesitating about folding bikes. Kingbull fits its largest battery here — 960Wh (20Ah), the same pack as the $2,499 Jumper Go — and claims up to 80 miles, on fat tyres, in a frame that folds, for $2,099. Folders normally trade away battery because a hinged frame and small wheels constrain where a big pack can go, so 960Wh in this shape is the notable thing about it. We rank it the premium folder in our folding guide for exactly that reason.

What Kingbull doesn't publish for this model
Motor torque in Nm · Maximum load · Weight · Sensor type · Brakes · Folded dimensions · Charge time · Top speed. We looked for these and couldn't source them, so they're blank rather than estimated. If you need one to decide, ask Kingbull for it in writing before you buy.
Who this bike is for
Buy it if
- You want a folder that goes a long way — 960Wh is the largest pack Kingbull fits
- You store the bike in a small space rather than carrying it far
- You ride broken surfaces where fat tyres earn their keep
- You want 25 more claimed miles and a third more battery than the $1,699 Literider 2.0
Look elsewhere if
- You need to lift the bike. A 960Wh fat-tyre folder is heavy, and Kingbull publishes no weight
- You are on a budget: the Literider 2.0 folds too, for $400 less
- You want the lightest folder — Fiido’s D11 is 19.5 kg and its D3 Pro is a $659 mini
- You want a published payload. Velotric’s Fold 1 Plus states 450 lb at $1,499

Frequently asked questions
How much is the Kingbull Verve?
The MSRP is $2,099, or $2,039 with our code SLEDGEBACK60. Two other Kingbulls share that exact price — the Trekker and the Voyager 2.0 Dual Battery — so at this point in the range you are choosing by use case rather than budget.
How far does the Kingbull Verve go?
Kingbull claims up to 80 miles and publishes the battery at 960Wh (20Ah), which is the largest pack it fits to anything. Treat the mileage as a ceiling produced at low assist, but the capacity figure is real and unusually large for a folding bike — most folders at this price carry around half as much.
Verve or Literider 2.0?
The Verve, if you can afford the $400. It carries 960Wh against the Literider’s 720Wh and claims 80 miles against 55 — a third more battery for a 24% price increase. Both fold and both have fat tyres. The Literider is the budget option rather than the value one.
How heavy is the Kingbull Verve?
Kingbull doesn’t publish a weight, and we won’t estimate one — but a 960Wh battery and fat tyres mean this is a heavy bike, and the fold is best understood as a storage feature rather than a carrying one. If you need to lift a folder regularly, Fiido publishes 19.5 kg for the D11, which is the documented alternative.
Our take
This is the best folder Kingbull makes and one of the better ones at the price full stop, because it refuses the usual folding-bike compromise. Nine hundred and sixty watt-hours is the same battery Kingbull puts in its $2,499 full-suspension flagship, and getting it in a folding frame for $2,039 after our code is genuinely unusual — most folders at this money carry half that. The 80-mile claim will be optimistic as they all are, but with a pack this size the real-world figure is still long. The caveat is the one every fat-tyre folder carries and Kingbull makes worse by staying quiet: it will be heavy, and there is no published weight or folded dimension to tell you how heavy or how small. A 960Wh battery alone is several kilos. So buy this if the fold is about storage — getting it into a hallway, a car boot, an RV — rather than about carrying. If you genuinely lift the bike, Fiido’s 19.5 kg D11 is a different category of object, and if you need a published payload rather than a published battery, Velotric’s Fold 1 Plus states 450 lb for $600 less.
